Vinay Tiwari “विनय तिवारी” (born 24 January 1991) is an Indian famous personality, Government employee, IPS Officer, Superintendent of Police (SP) of Patna, and entrepreneur from Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. IPS Vinay Tiwari is one of the best officers of Bihar Police.
