Vanessa Tyson (born in 1976) is an American Author and Associate Professor from California, USA. Dr. Vanessa recently identified by legitimate news sources as the lady who accused Justin Edward Fairfax (41st Lieutenant Governor of Virginia) of sexual assault. The incident happened in Boston during the Democratic National Convention (DNC) back in 2014.
Furthermore, the 42-year-old Tyson first told the conflict to the media. But her story never published by them. Moreover, the author then shared a private Facebook message with a friend named Adria Scharf. Tyson also gave her approval to share it.
On February 6, 2019, Vanessa Tyson issued a statement through law firm Katz, Marshall and Banks. In the statement, the professor said that she suffered deep embarrassment and humiliation after the alleged 2004 sexual assault.
In addition, Tyson told that Fairfax initially kissed her which was a consensual kiss. However, Justin then tried to force her which turned into a sexual assault.
Vanessa also stated Fairfax initially put his hand behind her neck. Later, he forcefully pushed her head towards his lap. Meanwhile, the author then realized that Justin had opened his belt and unzipped his pants.
