Trupti Desai (born December 12, 1985) is an Indian Founder of Bhumata Brigade from Nipani Tauka, Karnataka (India). In fact, Bhumata Brigade is Pune-based NGO. Furthermore, she along with her group campaigned to provide entry for women in different religious places in India.

Due to her sincere efforts, the females got the entry right in Shani Shingnapur Temple, Haji Ali Dargah, and Mahalakshmi Temple. Presently, she is planning to visit the Sabarimala temple during the Mandalam-Makaravilakk season.
The season starts from November 17, 2018. Trupti came to Cochin from Mumbai to reach the temple. Moreover, six other women are also with her.

However, the Kerala State Police did not allow her to move out of the Cochin International Airport. Now, Ms. Desai returned to Mumbai from 9:30 am flight. The temple restricted the entry to menstruating women from the age group of 10-50 years. Currently, the case is in the Supreme Court of India.
On the other hand, the Apex Court passed the historical verdict and provided right to the menstruating women. Many females tried to visit the Sabarimala due to the protests they returned. The VHS Kerala President Sasikala Teacher arrested while moving to the temple on Saturday.
