At the time of his school days, he always wanted to be a computer engineer or a pilot but later when he joined RD National College things changed for Vyas.
The famous actor’s father had some other plans for Sumeet and with his father’s reference, he got the opportunity as an apprentice to be an assistant editor in a studio. Vyas quit dropped his college and focused on his editing field and like the “Rishtey” Vyas got an opportunity to edit many other TV shows.
Once he visited “Prithvi Theater” to watch “Yahudi ki Ladki” one of his father’s plays. He was so impressed by the play that he left his job and started doing theatres to hone his acting skills.
In 2002, Sumeet made his TV debut with “Woh Hue Na Hamare” on Doordarshan. Later he appeared in many other TV shows “Rehna Hai Teri Palkon Ki Chhaon Mein”, ”Stories By Rabindranath Tagore”, “Kasam Se” and “Laut Aao Trisha” etc.
