Reema Kagti (born in 1972) is an Indian Film Director and Screenwriter from Guwahati, Assam. In 2001, she started her career as an assistant director with the movie named “Lagaan” starring Aamir Khan.
The same year she also worked for the film “Dil Chahta Hai” (Farhan Akhtar movie). Furthermore, the 46-year-old filmmaker made her debut as a director with the film Honeymoon Travels Pvt. Ltd. in 2007.
