Paula Dietz (born May 5, 1948) is an American Citizen and Bookkeeper based in Park City, Kansas (USA). Moreover, she is popularly known as the former spouse of Dennis Rader. He is the serial killer and popularly known as the BTR.
In fact, the BTR stands for Blind, Torture, Kill. During the 1947 era, he kills around ten people of the Kansas metro area. Meanwhile, he sends letters to the police in 2004. Dennis uses his signature to taunt the police.
