Mara Louw (born July 17, 1957) is a South African Actress and Singer from Soweto, South Africa. At the age of 10, she began singing in the Imilonji Kantu choir. She toured Japan, Singapore, and the Philippines with the Caiphus Semenya music.
On the other hand, Mara performed in the Royal Command London for the Queen in 1975. Then, she started her solo career when she came back to South Africa. She was also a big performer in the Mandela Concert held at the Wembley Stadium, London.
Meanwhile, she maintained her permanent judge place in the Idols (Season 2-Season 6) from 2003-2010. She also starred in The Queen soap opera (2016). However, she sacked from the popular show for two years.
