Madhukar Shetty (born August 7, 1971) is an Indian Police Service or IPS Officer from Udipi (Karnataka, India). He cracked the UPSC Civil Services examination in 1999. In fact, Madhukar got his home cadre i.e. Karnataka. He worked in the highest position of the State Government. Furthermore, he has known for efficient decision-making and honesty.
Madhukar worked as SP of the Chikkamagaluru district. Additionally, he receives the support of Harsh Gupta, the District Collector in the area. These two brave officers started a mission to support the landless farmers. Both of them reclaims the illegal land. They distributed to the poor farmers.
However, Madhukar lost his life while suffering from swine flu. He went for the treatment to the Continental Hospital, Hyderabad on Friday. The team of doctors supervised him as he complained of infection in lungs and kidney. All his fellow officials mourned on his sudden death. Though, the professional medical team could save his life.
