Lijana Wallenda (born in 1978) is an American Acrobat, High Wire Artist, and Aerialist from Florida, USA. She is best known as the Sister of Nik Wallenda (Author, Daredevil Aerialist, High Wire Artist & Acrobat). In addition, Lijana belongs to the “Flying Wallenda’s family”. She did many high wire stunts too. However, she met with an accident in 2017.

She rehearsed the eight-pyramid high walk. In fact, Lijana planned to do the stunt for the Gunnies Book of World Records. Recently, she crossed the Times Square without any safety net on June 23. The New York crowd gathered to see Nik and Lijana’s latest stunt to cross the two skyscraper buildings.

They tried to walk on the 1300m long wire attached on both ends of Time Square 1 and 2. Additionally, Wallenda’s brother successfully did his task. He supported her sister in the daredevil task. They too wore the safety harness as per the rules. Meanwhile, they communicated through the earphones.

Ms. Lijana also sang the Gospel tune to reduce her stress. Their action made live on the ABC channel. On the other hand, she took around 36 minutes to cross the wire. Nik did it 10 minutes before. In addition to this, they told that 100% focus needed to complete the action.
