Lezmond Mitchell (born in 1982) is a native of America, who became the fourth person on death row is scheduled to be performed Wednesday night at the central prison in Terre Haute since executions resumed in July.
Mitchell, who is also a member of the Navajo Nation, was imprisoned for killing Alyce Slim, 63, and her granddaughter Tiffany Lee, 9, in Arizona in 2001.
On Sunday, August 23, 2020, Mitchell’s lawyers asked the U.S. Supreme Court to stop his execution. The request was rejected by the Supreme Court Tuesday night that is August 25, 2020. Mitchell’s lawyers also have one final request for mercy pending before President Donald Trump.

Early Life
Lezmond Mitchell was born in the United States of America in the year 1982. The nationality of Lezmond is American and he belongs to the Christian religion. According to his birth in the year 1982, he was in the late thirties.

The Murder Case
On Oct. 28, 2001, Mitchell and his partner Johnny Orsinger, traveled from Arizona to New Mexico. According to court documents, The Duo was planning for an armed robbery, and both of them decided to get a ride back to the Navajo nation.
Lezmond Mitchell, stabbed their first victim Alyce Slim, a 63 years old woman 33 times near Sawmill after receiving a ride in her pickup truck.
According to the sources from the Department of Justice, the two of them then threw her body into the backseat next to her granddaughter Tiffany Lee.
