Lauren Jenai (born 23 July 1971) is an American citizen, fitness trainer, nutritionist, entrepreneur, and businesswoman from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. She is famously known in the country as the ex-wife of “Greg Glassman”. Greg is a professional guide, Chief Executive Officer of his fitness company “CrossFit Inc”.
He is also the founder of the company. Let me tell you that, his ex-wife, Lauren is also the co-founder of CrossFit. Apart from this, Glassman also serves the position of a film producer. He also produced a fitness movie “Every Second Count”.
