Kshitij Prasad (Hindi: “क्षितिज प्रसाद”, born 3 November 1984) is a well-known Indian film director, executive producer, and entrepreneur from Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. He is famously known in the Bollywood industry as the executive director and producer of Dharma Production (owned by Karan Johar).
As per the sources, he worked with Dharma Productions for a long time. Apart from this, he has also run his own production company named “Spark Kreation” in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
As an executive director, Kshitij has also worked with Netflix and other online platforms. In September 2020, he became the part of a controversy, when his name got involved in a drug case during a Bollywood drug probe by NCB.

Film chief Kshitij Prasad, who was captured a week ago by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in an enlarging drug test connected to Sushant Singh Rajput‘s death was “bugged and coerced” by the officials of the counter medications test office.

Karan Johar’s legal counselor Satish Maneshinde told the news to media on Sunday[1]NDTV. As per the media reports, Prasad “had to dishonestly involve” producer Karan Johar and his other top heads, the attorney underlined.
