The event took place on October 25, 2020, at Cordillera Convention Hall. Furthermore, GMA Network broadcasted the show. Kimberly stood in the fifth position by the end of the competition losing to Rabiya Mateo.
Maria Martinez came out as a first runner-up. The second and third places took place by Michele Gumabao and Pauline Amelinckx respectively. Hakenson was a part of Miss World Philippines 2019 and won 12th place with her astonishing performance.
