Khushi Dubey (born in 1995) is an Indian Citizen from Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh, India). She is the widow of Amar Dubey (Gangster) who died in the police encounter on July 9, 2020. After the Bikaru village shootout happened on July 3, 2020.
Amar and Vikas both involved in it. Khushi ran to her parents’ house after the shootout. Then, Chaubeypur team reached to her house for police interrogation and then arrested.
She stayed in police custody for a few days. Then, the Kanpur SP Dinesh Kumar took action on her case and ordered the officials to release her. There is evidence against her found in the police investigation.

Uttar Pradesh Most-Wanted Criminal & Vikas Dubey’s Nephew shot dead in Hamirpur region
The STF and the Kanpur police officers found around five criminals included in the Bikaru shooting case on July 3, 2020. Amar Dubey with his uncles Atul Dubey and Prem Prakash Dubey shot dead in the police encounters.
On July 8, 2020, Amar Dubey died in UP Police Encounter in Hamirpur.
On July 3, 2020, all of them escaped from the village after the shootout. The investigation team caught Amar from the Faridabad region. He tried to run from the police from the Hamirpur area but died in the encounter on July 8, 2020.
Then, the STF found Vikas Dubey from Mahakal Temple, Ujjain, and arrested him. Near the highway, the police car carrying him had an accident. It gave them the chance to escape. During the shootout encounter with the police, he died on July 9, 2020.
His wife Mrs. Richa Dubey with her two sons visited the police station. The ED officers started the investigation to evaluate his assets in the village and in Dubai country. Vikas brought residential assets in the posh regions in Kanpur and showed its less value in the government papers. He took the help of a person named Jay for the paperwork procedure.
