Julianna Farrait (born in 1941) is a Puerto Rican-born American Former Drug Dealer, Famous Personality, and Criminal Spouse from New Jersey. She is best-known as Frank Lucas’ Spouse who was an American drug trafficker and smuggler.
Furthermore, the 88-year-old Frank used to operate in Harlem during the late 1960s and early 1970s. Initially, he got arrested in 1976 and was sentenced to 70 years. But Frank released in 1981 upon serving 5 years.
