Josey Hollis Dorsey (born in September 2015) is an American Famous Personality and Celebrity Child from Los Angeles, California. He is best known as the only kid of Naya Rivera who works as an American actress, model, and singer.
On July 08, 2020, Naya decided to rent a pontoon boat on Wednesday afternoon at Lake Piru, north-west of Los Angeles along with her son. She wanted to spend some quality time with Josey that day and even tweeted about it on her Twitter account with the caption “just the two of us”.
Unfortunately, the Ventura County Sheriff’s office received the call from the owner of the boat who found Josey Dorsey sleeping there just after three hours of their tragic trip. After rescuing the boy, the police came to know from him that he and his mom went on swimming but she never came back.
As per the source, the authorities believe that the actress met with a horrible accident and drowned in the lake. Whereas, her son was wearing a life vest and able to come back on the rented boat.

Details of Naya Rivera’s Death
On July 13, 2020, it was revealed by Bill Ayub (Ventura County Sheriff) that the actress died saving her baby boy. According to the reports, she stored enough energy and her last breath to get Josey Hollis back onto the boat.
Unfortunately, she was not able to drag herself onto the boat and sank into the lake. Her dead body was first discovered on a Monday morning i.e. on July 13, 2020, after several days of search.
