Jazmine Barnes (born 11 February 2011 – died 30 December 2018) is an American 2nd-grade student at Monahan Elementary School in Houston. She has come in the news headline after her fatal murder on 30th Dec, Sunday morning (7 am) in Harris County, Texas, United States.
The 7-year-old Houston girl was traveling with her mother LaPorsha Washington and 3 sisters. At the time around 7 a.m., when they were just going to leave a Walmart parking lot in Northeast Houston, they were attacked by 2 persons (Larry Woodruffe & Eric Black Jr.).
Eric started shooting on their car after parking his red pickup truck near their vehicle. As a result, Jazmine shot dead on the spot and her mother also injured by a gunshot wound on her arm.

Harris County Sharrif and Houston, Texas Police team have also confirmed the suspected murderers are Eric Black Jr. and Larry Woodruffe.
