Ganesh Kumar Bhaskar (born in 1993) is an Indian Management Graduate from Nagamalai Pudukottai (Tamil Nadu, India). In this second attempt, he secured 7th rank in the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2019.
He is the topper from the Tamil Nadu State, India. Moreover, he began his preparations after passing out from IIM Ahmedabad in 2017. He could clear the UPSC Preliminary Examination of 2017.
