Eric Zaun (born June 29, 1993) is an American Beach Volleyball Player from Cherry Hill, New Jersey. He started competing in 2014. In fact, Eric named as the “Rookie of the Year” (2014). He also became the youngest play to win the NVL Championship.
Though, he committed suicide on June 11 by jumping out of the window of the Borgata Hotel, Casino and Spa, Atlanta. His dead body found in the parking area of the hotel. The Atlanta City Police identified him through his belonging.
Additionally, The AVP announced his death news on June 12, 2019. However, the management is in shock after his sudden death. He will be deeply missed for his true sportsman spirit.
At this time, they are in full support with his family members. James Davis (CEO, Volleyball USA) told that Eric’s death is the big loss for the volleyball community. Actually, he was a great volleyball player. He planned to step in the snow volleyball game.
