Connor Betts (born in 1994) is an American Criminal, Controversial personality and psychology graduate Bellbrook, Ohio. Though, he is behind the mass shooting held on August 4, 2019, in Oregon Historic District, Dayton (Ohio, USA). The brutal attacks happened after the El Paso, Florida shooting on August 3, 2019.
