Binoy Kodiyeri (born in 1983) is an Indian Businessman from Kodiyeri, Kerala. His father named Kodiyeri Balakrishnan is the General Secretary of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) in Kerala. A fresh sexual abuse case filed against Binoy by a Mumbai based woman.
She told that Kodiyeri gave him a marriage proposal and involved in a sexual relationship. She has a son whose father is Binoy. Recently, an audio clip released by a Hindi news channel.
He talked with the woman and demanded the settlement. Additionally, he wants his name should be removed from the case. Binoy insured her that she would get enough money to take care of his child.
