Babu Owino or Paul Ongili (born October 10, 1989) is a Kenyan Politician from Nyalenda. Moreover, he is the former chairperson of the University of Nairobi Student Organization. He became a political personality though the university elections.
Babu showed his power and planning to the people. Later on, he took the role of the council chairman. He retained his place for four consecutive years.
After completing his college studies, he engaged himself in local politics. However, he lost the Westlands seat opposite Timothy Wayonyi in 2013. His victory on the Embakasi East nullified due to the court orders.
At that time, he made his comeback after five years. He is preparing for the Nairobi Governor and then the Presidential elections. Meanwhile, the media appreciates and follows his quotes.

Paul Ongili took birth to his parents on October 10, 1989 (age 30 years, as in 2019) in Nyalenda. However, his father died in his childhood. Paul’s mother was a local brew seller in the city. He faced several hardships in his life.
Furthermore, he enrolled in the Kisumu Township Primary School (1995-2002). He scored around 349/500 in the examination. Still, he aimed to be at the top school, i.e., Mang’u High School.
Later on, Babu Owino received a scholarship for his admission to the Kisumu Boys School. Due to the fund issues, he was unable to be at Moi University. He rejected the option of Egerton University.
On the other hand, Babu finished his diploma course at the Millennium Academy. He passed out from the University of Nairobi with an Actuarial Science degree. Then, he pursued his second degree in law from the same university.
