Andrea Erminia Constand (born April 11, 1973) is a Canadian Former Basketball Player and Massage Therapist from Toronto, Ontario. She is a well-known personality due to her court case “Andrea Constand v. William H. Cosby, Jr“. Furthermore, the 45-year-old therapist accused Bill Cosby (Famous American Actor and Comedian) of drugging and raping her back in 2004.
On December 30, 2015, Constand sued Cosby for aggravated indecent assault. Later, she added the Bill penetrated her genitals with the intent of preventing resistance from her. Moreover, Andrea and Cosby know each other from 2002. They first met in November 2002.
In addition, the 45-year-old retired basketball player was appointed as a Director of Operations for women’s basketball team in Temple University. Bill later contacted her through University for a business deal. Slowly, they exchanged phone numbers and even met each other on a regular basis.
