In the video, the security officer was beating a bearded man by pulling his hair and dragging him in the street. Furthermore, he also hit and dragged a woman by her neck in the viral video. But the demonstrators appeared to recognize him in the video as Mr. Benalla and started chanting his name.
Later, he left the scene abruptly and walked into a cafe nearby him. According to the source, he has been suspended from his post by Mr. Macron’s team. He was said to only observe the officer by his seniors. Furthermore, he was also not allowed to wear a helmet which he, of course, breached again.
