Abenny Jachiga (born in 1986) was an Ohangla singer from Kenya. He was quite popular in his region and has released many albums as well as singles.
There are a lot of Ohangla artists with whom he had worked in his career. Some of the popular songs which he released are “Nyar Amago”, “Eunice”, “Oginga Wuod Bondo” and “Molly”.
Recently news came that he died at a hospital named St Jairus Private Hospital on 11th June 2020. His brother came forward to address the situation.
He told the media that Abenny was suffering from pneumonia and was admitted to the hospital on 5th June. First, he got admitted to a local hospital. The doctor there recommended St. Elizabeth Hospital for him.
Abenny Jachiga’s death
From there he got referred to Aga Khan Hospital which is situated in Kisumu. His condition kept on deteriorating and his kidneys got failed. After looking at his condition his family shifted him to an affordable hospital named St Jairus Private Hospital.
Now after his death people of the country are shocked. His fans are mourning and thousands of them gathered to rally. They are protesting to raise voice against the poor healthcare system in the country.
They are even demanding that the officials responsible for this must resign. This is becoming big news in the whole country and even the eyes of foreign media catching this news. An image also came forward in which we can see him lying on the floor of a hospital ward.

the singer Abenny Jachiga was born to his parents in the year 1986 in Kisumu, Kenya. He was born in a very poor family.
His father used to work as a labor. He also has a brother whose name is Austin Omondi. He used to be poor but has studied well and got graduated in the year 2004.
During childhood, he used to listen to Ohangla music and his interest got created in this field. He has worked very hard to earn the name in the music industry of Kenya.
